Kolmiodraama espanjalaiseen tapaan. Rafael on kyvytön saamaan lasta onnettomuuden seurauksena ja elelee hiljaiselämää. Löydettyään poikaystävänsä Danielin hakkaaman ja raskaana olevan Marinan, Rafael vie Marinan mukanaan ja he alkavat elää yhdessä. Rafael saa itselleen haluamansa perheen ja Marina kodin. Danielin vapauduttua vankilasta hän etsii käsiinsä Marinan ja rauhallinen elämä on taakse jäänyttä.

Having lost his testicles in a work-related accident at the age of 20, Rafael has led a quiet, solitary existence which he believes befits a man lacking his male attributes until he finds Marina being beaten up by her boyfriend, Daniel. Rafael takes Marina, who is expecting Daniel’s child, home with him and they both see a possibility of realizing their dreams: Rafael has always wanted a child and a family; Marina a house and a home.

After a baby girl, Estrella, is born Rafael and Marina enjoy for a few years a happiness that had previously been denied them. Then Daniel, who has been in prison, is released and comes looking for his girl. Marina begs Rafael not to let him in because she knows she cannot resist him, but Daniel is admitted into their home…and their lives.

In this unusual menage-a-trois, Daniel asks for nothing but to make love to Marina; Marina does not know how to refuse him and tries to convince Rafael that she also loves him; Rafael understands that Daniel can give her the one thing that he can’t… Director Ricardo Franco says of his characters that they are three human beings abandoned by life, who meet and recognize each other and end up devising a way to live together which although extravagant in its means, is based on introspection, not on shouting.

Victor is a man who gets to Paris to join his family around their seriously ill father, Max. As the chance of selling the family business begins to disrupt the family relationships, Victor is desperately asked for help by Max. Sinopsis: Víctor se reúne con su familia en París para cuidar de suUn día, sorprende a su padre tirando las medicinas y vistiéndose a escondidas para intentar escapar de la clínica. La familia, sumida en cuestiones de herencia de su imperio farmacéutico, quita importancia a estos actos; son sólo producto de su “locura”.

Víctor, en cambio, conmovido por la soledad del anciano, intenta ganarse su confianza y acaba convirtiéndose en su cómplice. Le ayuda a escaparse de la clínica y le acompaña por las calles de París, donde Max pasó su juventud y que ahora ya no reconoce. Poco a poco, Víctor descubre que la locura de Max esconde un secreto. Professori ja kirjailija Lola Sánchez (Adriana Gil) aikoo kirjoittaa artikkelin Espanjan sisällissodasta. Tutkiessaan aihettaan hän löytää tarinan Rafael Sánzhezin Mazasin tapauksesta. Mazas oli lehtimies, joka palasi Mussolinin Italiasta Espanjaan perustamaan fasistista puoluetta ja ollessaan sen jälkeen puoluejohtaja Jose Antonio Primo de Rivieran neuvonantaja. Vasemmiston voitettua vaalit 1936, fasistinen puolue kielletään ja sisällissota syttyy. Rafael onnistuu pakenemaan ja säästämään henkensä tuntemattoman sotilaan ansiosta. Lola päättää kirjoittaa kirjan noista tapahtumista ja selvittää tuntemattoman sotilaan henkilöllisyyden.

When the professor and writer Lola Sánchez (Ariadna Gil) is assigned to write a column in the newspaper about the Spanish Civil War, she researches and finds for the first time about the shooting of Rafael Sánchez Mazas (Ramon Fontserè). Lola has lost her passion for writing, and she becomes intrigued about Rafael, who was a writer and journalist that returned to Spain from the Italy of Mussolini and founded the fascist party Spanish Falange, becoming advisor of the leader Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera. When the lefts won the election in 1936, the Falange became illegal, and later there was a military coup d’stat. Rafael miraculously escaped from the shooting and was spared by an unknown soldier. Lola decides to write a book about the historic event and to disclose the identity of the unknown soldier. But her acquaintance Conchi (María Botto) advises that her work is affected by her lack of passion. When Lola reads a work of a student about the heroic former soldier Miralles (Joan Dalmau), Lola becomes obsessed to find him and see of he is connected to the event. Sinopsis: Una novelista que ha abandonado su carrera de escritora rastrea una historia real sucedida en los últimos días de la Guerra Civil: el escritor y falangista Rafael Sánchez Mazas fue fusilado junto a otros cincuenta prisioneros, pero logró huir por el bosque y esconderse bajo la lluvia. Al parecer un soldado de los que peinaban la zona en su busca lo encontró, pero le dejó escapar. La escritora recompone las piezas de esta historia, plagada de contradicciones y personajes enigmáticos. En su búsqueda, sin saberlo, no sólo persigue encontrar la verdad, sino encontrarse a sí misma.
